By commissioning us you agree to all terms of service

• Customer must be 18 years or older, if not, an authorization from a parent or supervisor is required, by showing an ID and letting us directly communicating with them.

• Must have a detailed reference of requested sona (SFW), any NSFW reference will NOT be accepted, and the request will not be processed.

• Materials used are MQ/HQ, requests asking for a less expensive materials will NOT be accepted.

• Head parts' foundations are all in upholstery foam and worked by us, so they can all be unique. Collaborations with other artists can be considered. 

• It's required to remember that I'm a beginner maker

• Fur colors may not result as precise as the ones in the reference, we will find similar fur colors together.

• Payment is required before the commission starts.

• A payment plan CAN be discussed in private; the minimum sum needs to be of at least 50% of the grand total to cover purchase of raw material.

• Shipment and packaging are EXCLUDED from the cost of fursuits.

• We ship in Italy and Europe, hand delivery is only available in Rome, or cons that we will attend.

• Working time may vary from 2 to 6 months depending on variables such as the shipment of raw materials, or the kind of commission chosen by the customer, or due to the complexity of the design and the queue.

• It is required to understand that we are not full time makers, which means that our work day WILL NOT be fully committed to commissions.

• It is required to send body measures so that the suit can be as comfortable as possible. WE WILL TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY IF THE MEASURES WILL TURN UP TO BE INCORRECT.

• We have the right to refuse any project in case the customer has any unsuitable behaviour; This can include unsolicited Not Safe For Work imagery, taking too much confidence while communicating, insisting on updates, messaging at inopportune times.

• Slots are not first come first serve.

• Please beware that there are pets in my work environment. Please communicate any pet-related allergies.

• We reserve the right to change the TOS whenever necessary.
